- 1. Heat the oil in a large pan then add the onion garlic red pepper and celery cook gently for 10 minutes or until soft.
- 2. Stir in the tomatoes herbs and spices. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes to release the flavours.
- 3. Stir in the turkey strips and mushrooms. Cover the pan and cook gently stirring occasionally until the turkey is cooked and tender.
- 4. Serve with your choice of rice or potatoes just add in the calories extra
