Method

  • 1. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion until soft and golden. Add the turnips squash and chopped tomatoes then cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
  • 2. Add the sweet chilli sauce and green beans cover and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
  • 3. Add the chilli beans and their sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • 4. Serve with brown rice and garnish with coriander.
