- 1. Slice cabbage quarters into thin strips.
- 2. Heat oil in large saucepan.
- 3. Add cabbage carrots celery. Cook for 10-15 minutes on a medium heat stirring frequently.
- 4. Stir in stock and bring to boil. Skim off any foam that rises.
- 5. Add potatoes cauliflower tomatoes herbs and seasoning.
- 6. Bring back to boil reduce the heat to low and place a lid on the pan.
- 7. Simmer 20-25 minutes until the veg is tender.
