Method

  • 1. In a small pan, cover the oats with water and bring to the boil, the reduce heat and stir for around 2 mins.
  • 2. Stir in half the yogurt, remove from the heat and stir in the remaining yoghurt.
  • 3. Add the apple, honey and sultanas, stir then serve.
